Really lovely stay, great value, really friendly couple as hosts. It should be noted they live on the same compound in an adjancent property, but they are very respectful of your privacy and also very helpful, ready to assist with anything. For us it wasn't an issue but nonetheless, it is good to know ahead. The property has anything you may need. Large comfy couch and beds. Really nice caravan with two rooms, one smaller and the other a double room with ensuite toilet, deck area, in a quiet country road. Must have a car to go anywhere and the nearby town of Launceston, which is really nice and friendly. The accomodation is a decent/strategic driving distance to all the Cornish top sights (St. Ives, Titangel etc..). They also own two cute ducks who'll play with you.

We had an absolutely superb stay! Everything was taken care of with such attention to detail and care. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. We appreciated the effort put into making our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!!!!
