We had a lovely stay at the Eagle. We had been warned there was a wedding event happening on our second nights stay here. Our room was close to the function room. We took the risk and so pleased we did. We are walking Lands end to John o Groats and this was one of our rest locations. The hotel is a lovely location to rest. Launceston is a historic town and the Eagle fits into this well. The bar area was great to unwind in the evening with good food and great views. Will definitely return for another visit.

Reception was friendly and informative. Room on first floor lovely, spacious and providing a countryside view. Good parking. Only a short walk to castle and town centre.
