The staff was helpful- my dog escaped from the room (the dog can open doors so if you have one like mine, do not take them with) and the staff was helpful, kind, tried to find solutions, very understanding and truly genuinely kind.

Great warm pool for toddlers and their parents. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful dinner at Wicca. Top class family rooms, helpful playroom on the first floor.

Loved the water center with a wide selection of saunas and a pleasantly warm swimming pool. Had an excellent massage in the Naudi spa, which is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The hotel is located just by the beach offering lovely views and relaxing walks.

Your rooms need serious upgrade. Your bathrooms and hallways are very tired. All other common areas are nicely renovated.

We were late for breakfast and slept in. But the personnel was friendly and helped us get some last-minute food and coffee.

The massage and relaxation area afterwards in the wellness centre was really great. Excellent breakfast with a view to the forest and sea. And the dinner was also delightful. Very comfy beds. Great coffee in the room, was nice to enjoy it on the balcony with the view over the sea.

The restaurant, water center and saunas were very good. Comfortable beds and peaceful atmosphere.
