The apartment was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. It had all the utilities needed and the location was good.

Everything was super clean, organized and modern! The house is amazing! Very stylish and with a great balcony to see the auroras! It’s even easy to drive around to see them! The kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms are very pretty! A little far away from big cities but a small local grocery store nearby can save you in case of need. It’s a bit far away in car to from the main attractions but very manageable. We enjoyed fully our stay, we would certainly come back!

The apartment is extremely spacious, well equipped and has a lovely balcony overlooking the small harbour. WiFi is excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The washing machine (and dryer) and drying rack were very useful for our stay. The comfortable sofa and TV with Netflix was great on an evening. We were also fortunate enough to be able to see the northern lights from the balcony, which was fantastic. The host was very prompt and responsive to an issue we had with the shower draining and came over within minutes of my contact to resolve the problem. Laukvik is a small village about 30 minutes drive from Svolvaer and although it may seem a little out of the way, we loved the drive as the landscape seemed to change with every journey. Some great hikes not far away including Matmora. There is also a small but very well stocked grocery store in the village and a cafe/bistro with limited opening hours in the off-season. The coffee roasterie is also worth a visit to buy coffee (though it is not a cafe). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
