Location (convenient). Friendly and efficient hosts. Lovely garden with swimming pool. Nice accommodation ; privacy, clean, well decorated and welcoming for dogs.

All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Very good access to city Centre from nearby tram stop. The swimming pool and gardens are a delight. Parking and accommodation are gated, so that adds to the security.
