Minimum Check In Age is 21 years old.The Nightly Resort fee of $28.34 (includes tax) includes the following resort services: WiFi Internet Access, Shuttle to and from the Vegas Strip, Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino and Fremont St, Sports Court & Equipment, Local Calls, In-Room Safe and BoardingDog Friendly Policy: A mandatory, non-refundable Pet Dog Fee of $150.00 USD per reservation will be charged at check-in for Pet Dogs reported at the time of check-in.A $200 USD credit card security deposit is required at check-in and will be held until check-out. Cash not accepted. Must have valid ID and cardholder must be present.Package handling and storage fees will apply, per package, to all packages that are shipped and/or stored at the resort prior to and/or during a guest stay. The fee for acceptance and secure storage for up to 20 packages is $5.00 per package, and $10.00 per package for 21 packages or more.Photo ID will be required to claim package(s) and must match the name on the package(s).Payment will be due at time of package claim. Any and all packages that are not claimed within 30 days from the date of delivery or placement into storage at the resort will be returned to sender, or may become the property of the resort. While all efforts are made to keep stored packages as secure as possible, lost and/or stolen packages are not the ultimate responsibility of the resort.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Spacious and well equipped apartment in a peaceful and safe location. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Parking outside your door. We loved this place the first time we came and that’s why we came back! So much nicer and more relaxed than a hotel on the strip.

Comfortable well equipped apartment. The sofa bed was also comfortable. Loved the pretty gardens and pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful, peaceful haven away from the busy strip, which is easy to get to with the free shuttle bus or around $12 with Uber. The resort has a security gate so it felt very safe. There is a food truck in the car park which serves food all day. We had stayed at a big hotel on the strip a few days previously, but much preferred this. We didn’t want to leave!

It was a great place. Had some issues with obnoxious noisy people above us the first night but we asked to be moved and then everything was great. Nice pool, BBQ available to use. Glad they had a laundry center there. Its not close enough to walk to the strip or Wal Mart or a mall, but there is a shuttle you can use if the time of the run suits you. Overall it was very good.
