This hotel, in spite of being one the biggest on the strip and generally packed with guests, does everything right. The facilities are clean, modern and packed with plenty of things to do. The staff is uniformly approachable, polite, kind and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay a pleasant one. It's location is near the end of the strip, but the rest of it is easily accessible by foot or the monorail which has a station right in the hotel. I was genuinely surprised that a hotel this big could be so excellent.

We were charged $22 each for water bottles that were placed in the refrigerator, even though they were not part of the minibar. A child accidentally opened them, not realizing they would incur such a charge. Additionally, there is ongoing renovation work in the room above us, which is causing significant noise and making it difficult to relax.
