Please note: The units offered for rental through Luxury Suites International at The Signature are hotel-condominium units owned by individuals. The rental of these units is not handled by The Signature Condominiums, LLC, which is the company that manages the shared access and amenity areas of The Signature at MGM Grand property. All inquiries regarding this rental must be directed to Luxury Suites International customer service.The card will be authorized for USD 100 per day or USD 300 (whichever is less) as Incidental/Damage Deposit; if the limit is reached, additional authorizations may occur. The hold is released upon departure and can take 3-7 business days to reach Domestic card holders and up to 30 days for International card holders.Failure to authorise card will result in guest being denied access to suite. Refunds will not be provided.A fully refundable incidental deposit will be required upon arrival for possible damages.An adult of 21 years of age must be present at check-in.Please note: Guests receive 1 free parking spot per reservation.Please note: An additional tax will be applied to the resort fee and this tax is not included in the booked rate. It's away from the strip and gated and quiet. There is no casino in the three towers. There is an enclosed walkway to one casino on the strip which is gated with keyed access at the back of the casino so you don't have to walk the streets with money to get to your hotel. I don't gamble but it's nice to get to the shops and food safely with any concerns. You can walk to most of the big attraction places and eat on the strip as well. They have decent gated undercover guest parking free for one car and more I guess if you pay for the extra bays. It's a serviced apartment type of arrangement not a hotel room. There is no room service or eating room for breakfast but you can buy junk food drinks a fruit and it has a microwave, fridge etc in the room. I enjoyed eating out on the strip for breakfast. A short two block walk and you're there for shopping and shows. The bed was great, I slept well and the room was enormous and the decor neutral. There are numerous staff at the reception who answered my dumb questions with a smile and there are multiple valay attendants and taxi service callers at the front doors who open the main door and car door and everything else we really don't deserve done for us. The staff were really exceptional.

The spacious suite with all necessary amenties, amazing view from the window, pool was a great addition on a hot day.

Room was clean; bed very comfortable; bathroom lavish; kitchenette useful, but minor things missing (i.e.; coffee filters, spatula). Pool very nice (and calm!)
