The peice/value ratio was absolute outstanding! Basically it is a fully equipped townhouse. We have visited with 2 kids in winter and it was more than perfect. Had heating equipment as well and well isolated so tenperature was not even an issue (myself was sleeping without blanket without any heating on) Tv channels, smart tv, board games etc made our stay in the property even more comfortable. Free parking just in front of the house, loterally 5 steps away made pur life easier. El Pinar is a perfect spot to go around the island as it is very close to the middle of the island and everything is easy to reach. Especially the pine forest :)

The house was clean and very spacious, and exactly as described and presented in the photos. The bed and the couch were very comfortable, the shower was good and the wifi worked well. The kitchen was well equipped and also had a small tv. The communication with the host was very good, checking in easy. Parking is available in front of the house but it is on a steep slope. Easy access to walking trails.

There was everything we needed, communication was great. El Piňar is a beautiful place to stay. Beds were comfortable.
