One of the best stays with family. A myriad of advantages: - Closeness to the sea, grocery stores, cafes and meal places - The house had everything we needed and more - The host was super friendly and helpful, such a detailed introduction into accommodation and places nearby - He was also instrumental in the things we needed on this trip, we are very grateful for that - The price and worth relation is excellent - Public transport straight to Larnaca and the airport was unbelievably close - Intercity buses also close for awesome sights around - Good and safe place for children - Two places outside the house on its different sides ensures the sun/shade balance for a breakfast or rest - Aircons in all the rooms - Parking place supplied, and the gate is privately closed for the area - Kermia neighbors were very kind and respectful - The view of the sea straight from the front veranda is still in my mind These and many other things are magnetizing us back to this wonderful place!

The owner was waiting for at 9pm and allowed us to check out at 3:30 which was a god send. Can’t rate this house enough. It had everything we needed

The house is comfortable and has everything for living. There are plenty of kitchen devices, cooling in all rooms and a nice terrace. The beach is literally just 100 meters apart
