The apartment was excellent — a new building, very well and carefully furnished with amazing furniture. The air conditioning and shower were both outstanding, adding to the comfort of the stay. The location was a little far from the center, but not a major issue. A special thanks to Tony, the receptionist, who was truly amazing and very caring. He made sure everything was in place and up to standard, which really elevated the experience.

Our stay in the apartment was a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, we appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail – both in the apartment itself and in the bathroom, which was modern and perfectly maintained. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including fast and stable internet as well as convenient parking. A huge highlight was the terrace with a jacuzzi and a relaxing area upstairs – the perfect spot to spend the evening while enjoying the beautiful view from above. The view is truly impressive and gives the stay a unique atmosphere. What impressed us the most, however, was the staff – always present, kind, friendly, and helpful in every situation. Thanks to them, we felt comfortable and truly well taken care of. We definitely recommend this apartment – it’s a place we would love to return to.

This was our second stay in Larnaca with the Liv brand, and it was perfect. The staff and owner are so friendly and happy to help out in any way. We stayed here for the week of our wedding and it exceeded all our expectations. Such a comfortable stay with everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned and stocked up every other day. They also had free classes such as yoga too! We'll definitely be staying again in the future!
