The most conveniently placed hotel - the bus stop for travelling to Nicosia is within a minute walk. The variety of restaurants is literally at the door sill. And the airport is within walking distance.

The host was very nice and kind. The location was more than perfect, the balcony was looking directly at the beach. It was on a busier street and it can be loud with windows open, but it was fine. It had everything that you could need.

Best possible location and a pretty nice apartment, basic amenities, but quite clean. And the view from the living room and the balcony is great. The bedroom though had an awkward view, , to some walls, pretty dark and dirty space, so you can’t enjoy fresh air. But the least pleasant part was the property’s owner or manager, the most unfriendly and rude host I’ve ever met. Although we asked and received confirmation that it’s possible to bring the luggage before checking in time, he seemed annoyed that he had to come (we would have used an alternative if it wasn’t agreed). He also shouted to the cleaning lady, very uncomfortable… Then he asked for a cash deposit and justified it by showing us he had asked for it to other customers also. We’ve booked the apartment for one more day just to be able to leave whenever we can, having the flight later in the day. Unluckily, we had to meet him for check out and we had to schedule it when checking in, so no flexibility, we paid extra for nothing. Even more, he came and entered talking loudly on the phone, without even saying hello, he counted the towels and the glasses, then he said alright and gave us the 50€ deposit back. A bit funny in a strange way… The apartment and especially the location is as good as it gets for Larnaca, but I wouldn’t stay again and would not recommend the property due to the interaction with the host.

Very nice apartment on the main street close to the restaurants and shops. Comfortable place for long or short visit. The communication with the owner was easy.
