Minas was an exceptionally helpful and kind host from start to finish. He kindly picked us up from the airport, showed us around the local area, and recommended great places to shop and eat. The apartment itself was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. What really set this place apart was the thoughtful touch of providing fresh fruit and breakfast items, something I haven’t experienced before and which truly deserves top marks. The location was ideal — close to shops and supermarkets, and within walking distance of the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

Minas and his wife took exceptional care of us. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with many local delicacies, food, fruit, and drinks. We were picked up from the airport and then taken on a short drive around Larnaca to see the main attractions of the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and each room had air conditioning with a heating function. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need – it was fully equipped down to the smallest detail. The beds were very comfortable, with duvets and pillows of just the right thickness. There were two bathrooms, which added extra comfort, as well as plenty of towels, including beach towels. It was also lovely to spend time on the well-sunlit terrace under the lemon tree. Our return flight was very early in the morning, yet Minas kindly offered to drive us to the airport – we truly appreciated it. It was a pleasure to meet such warm and kind people, full of passion and attentive to every detail to make our stay enjoyable – we felt at home.

The owners were very kind and easily contactable. They transported us to the house and back to the airport. Everything we needed was provided for us. Great memories. The house was so nice it was hard to leave it.
