The property was very comfortable and clean and so close to the centre just a few minutes walk which was ideal.

We found the property excellent for our needs. We travelled with a 6-month old baby and it was very convenient. We want to thank our gracious host because we had a number of special requests (baby cot and chair, very late check in, late check out, etc.) and they were all met. Excellent communication with Paulina. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want for a great holiday by the beach. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, and the adjacent terrace is amazing. As it has large windows and French doors, the apartment is very light and airy, with sweeping views across the city. The parking place was also very useful as we hired a car during our stay. Location is also convenient for the beach as well as the old town. It's an 8-minute walk through a residential area to St. Lazarus church and all the restaurants, cafes and shops. There is a grocery shop down the street as well. We definitely want to go back to Larnaca in the future and when we do, we'll pick this place again.
