The owner of the property couldn’t have been more accommodating. He made sure we had everything we could possibly need to make the accommodation a true home from home. If we had any questions he would respond to our message immediately. We contacted him regarding a taxi recommendation and he found a solution within no time. The internet in the apartment is excellent, fast and reliable. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and serviced by a lift. The balcony is lovely to sit out on, the awning gives a good amount of shade on hot days. The block entrance is secure, only accessed by a key. The apartment is well insulated, we heard nothing from the neighbours, who incidentally were very friendly when we passed then in the entrance. I have nothing at all negative to say about our stay, it was simply perfect.

we have just finished a vacaction at cyprus Penelope..and cannot praise the standard of this apartment enough .. Absolutely everything you can think of ..or need is in there. Giorgos is very attentive to any questions and goes over the top to make sure you have a great stay here.. The location is very good..to catch local buses..or gentle stroll 45 mins to larnanca centre and beach ..taxi ride better opion though..! It is a very quiet location.. supermarket 10 min walk away.. water refill station at roadside by apartments car park.. Finally then.. absolute gem of a place .. compliments and thanks to Giorgos for putting together such a fantastic and homely apartment. We hope to return to this location another time for sure Big thanks and praise to you Giogos. John & Lorraine .

Giorgos is a very helpful owner. He picked us up from the airport free of charge. He took us to the store in his car because we arrived during Easter and the shopping centers were closed. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to function. There is a market near the apartment and on the opposite side, a little further, a restaurant for local people. We ate delicious local dishes for a very reasonable price in the restaurant. I recommend a very comfortable apartment with Giorgos!!!
