Nice appartement, close to beach and city center. Very helpful host. Very responsive too. Cyprus is a very Nice discovery for us. We are definitly considering returning and will chose to stay in Alex Residence for sure.

I had a truly excellent stay at Alex Residence and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The location is outstanding – perfectly situated close to key attractions, public transport, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and comfortable. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself is very well equipped. Everything needed for both a short and longer stay is thoughtfully provided. The kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and modern amenities all contributed to a high standard of comfort. The space is well maintained, clean, and tastefully arranged. The hosts deserve special recognition. They are exceptionally communicative, kind, and responsive. From the moment of booking through the entire stay, they were helpful, clear in their instructions, and genuinely welcoming. Any questions were answered quickly, and their support made the stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, Alex Residence offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location - walking distance to everything. Beach, shops, main strip. Comfy aircon, washing machine, everything to make it comfy. Alex is so friendly and Helpful also
