This Hotel has the loveliest staff in all areas. The food at dinner and lunch was absolutely delicious. Sadly the breakfast was a disappointment. This was due to only being able to have a Vegetarian Sausage 😱 and also was not able to have a Poached Egg only a runny fried egg. When I was having dinner on Friday evening I all of a sudden had water dripping into a bucket right behind my seat. This seemingly was due to the Air Conditioning not working properly!!!! Also the carpet between the bar and restaurant was soaking wet on the Friday. I found it difficult to sleep because of the kitchen generator or something similar outside my bedroom windows which I had to keep open because of the humidity. O am not a person to complain and so once again I will sing your staffs praise especially as I have mobility issues they went above and beyond. I would love to come back, perhaps when the upgrading is finished. This is because you seem to on the right track. Regards Angela Shannon

Location good plus nice bar, had menu specials and biscuits provided in room . Tv has various channels

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Lots of parking. Great decor in main spaces. Comfortable bed. Easy to find
