Simple instructions for using the appliances. apart from the TV but the property manager came round when we called her and she demonstrated that facility. Everything else was fine.

Fantastic seaview, central location. Very clean with comfy sofa, armchair and large dining table at bay window. Nicely decorated with peaceful back bedroom. Adequate shower room ( but mind the small step on way in and out toilet!). Plenty of loo and kitchen roll provided.
