Traditional hotel in great location. Our room could do with a little refresh, but was clean, comfortable, and good value. Would happily stay there again.

Location ideal close to old town and beach . Close to restaurants and bars Spacious and clean en-suite rooms . Very good value for money.

Nice older style of room but newly renovated. Friendly staff and clean. Walking distance to restaurants and small shops.

This is the BEST HOSTAL I have ever stayed in by far!!! My welcome by David was brilliant, so friendly and helpful and whilst his English was just a few works, we got by with my improving Spanish. Communication in advance of my stay had been excellent also. I arrive early and it was no problem to leave my bags until it was time that I could check in. The place exceeded my expectations in both what it turned out to be and value for money. It was in a very convenient and relatively quiet location in Loredo and could not have felt safer as the Local Police station was across the road and my room backed onto the Convent!!! My room was spacious, with high ceiling and two windows, one of which was floor to ceiling with shutters which opened onto a balconette in the Spanish style, although you could not get onto it, but allowed lots of air and light in. My room was at the side of the building facing towards the convent and on the first floor with a tiled flat roof outside that was the roof of other rooms in the property. My bathroom was old fashioned as you might expect of such an old historic building but perfectly adequate and lovely hot shower. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area and would recommend it to solo lady travellers like me. Excellent Wi-fi too.
