The team went above and beyond to make our stay not just enjoyable, but truly memorable. We were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift that immediately set the tone for the rest of our experience. What made it even more special was how the staff remembered and celebrated my birthday – the surprise celebration they arranged was touching and beautifully done. On our final evening, we were once again surprised with a lovely gift that made saying goodbye even more emotional. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance, reflected genuine dedication and passion. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and for creating moments we’ll cherish for a long time. You’ve made our stay truly special – we can’t wait to return! The perfect hotel for a relaxing family holiday. Huge and beautiful grounds, so much space and never any difficulty finding sun loungers by the pools or at the beach. Amazing wide choice of food - buffet or a la carte restaurants. Activities for all ages all day and great evening entertainment too. Staff so attentive and brilliant, even the trainees like Yavuz who was always so helpful. Absolutely loved it and would hope to return one day!
