Loved the entertainment staff and all the activities. These staff really did their best, with a cheerful and welcome attitude. Cleaning staff were good. Good selection of food and coffee. Desert bar was our favourite. The beach was well maintained. Guest services were efficient.

The hotel staff and senior management truly went out of their way to make us happy. The room cleaning was excellent, and I'd especially like to thank Cennet—she meticulously and spotlessly cleaned our rooms every day. Raşan, who works in the cafe downstairs, was also exceptionally good at her job, with a friendly and professional approach to guests. I was absolutely delighted with the cleanliness of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff. However, the quality of the food and drinks was unfortunately below my expectations. Even home-cooked meals were far more delicious than what was served here. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay, especially for its service and cleanliness, but I would advise them to keep their expectations a bit lower regarding the food.

Children really liked aquapark. Not only children, even adults can enjoy it together with their little ones. The territory is not big. Family rooms starting from 2 children take place at the back side of the hotel, no sea view available. Food was good, variety of dishes was enough good to choose from. Entertainment was not very exciting. May be due to autumn season and a bit cool october evenings. Live band music was my favourite. Otherwise after the dinner people dissapeared somewhere. Overall there was no "wow" effect but a quite pleasant stay is guaranteed.

We stayed between 27 sep - 4 oct 2025. We liked The food, the location, the staff. There are several restaurants at the site that are included in the all inclusive. We liked most the Galata restaurant with Turkish cuisine.
