The hotel is located in Lara which is an area full of resorts. This is a simple hotel but very convenient for the price. Breakfast was included. There are a lot of nice shops and malls close by and u are never too far from a good restaurant. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Check in and Check out was smooth and flexible.

I don’t usually leave reviews. This is my 100% honest review of my 2 weeks at Alice hotel... I went for dental work, alone. When I arrived late I paid for a room with a kitchen in the UK. It was late. When I went into the room there was a weird chirping noise from the bathroom, I went to the front desk where I met Harun Savas, he came to the room and agreed it was not good but didnt understand where the chirping was coming from. He immediately gave me a standard room for the night and said tomorrow I will have the suite, the best room. The next day he gave me the key card for the suite, OMG what a beautiful room, at NO extra cost. Harun is simply outstanding, always polite and greeted me every day. A few days before I was due to leave we should checkout at 1200, Harun agreed with me I could stay until 1530 with no charge, again outstanding customer service. I needed a few clothing cleaned I asked Harun, nothing was to much he took my clothes, they were to fly back with, the next day brought them to my room. The place is spotless with a lovely balcony where you can sit late afternoon with full sun. There is also a jewellery shop onsite called Aurum ask for Joannns, i wanted a gold chain, I looked at a silver design, curb chain I said could I get it in gold so I paid a deposit a couple of days later it arrived, a beautiful 18ct gold curb chain weighing 20g, I checked the 18ct gold price and the cost was nearly the same. I’m over the moon with Joannns; There is a beach only a 7 min walk which was fine for me or you can walk 15 mins to a larger one. There is a restaurant on site, the waiters are so polite and friendly, I paid for breakfast. Breakfast was the only issue I had, more below, but it didn’t spoil the experience as I had a kitchen and 5 mins up the road is a convenience store where the sell everything, the fresh bread is amazing, so i bought eggs, bread, protein drinks, I think at one point they sold out of protein drinks because of me but the y restocked q
