Staff were friendly. They were very understanding with our late check in due delayed flight. Just make sure you have philippine cash when you check in as they will not take dollars or cards. Overall, we liked our stay here.

The room that they put us in was new. It's clean and very comfortable. They're very considerate that they put us to the other building because we had a lot of luggage and the available room was on the 4th floor. I really appreciate that.

Flexibility in checkin and checkout times. Facilities for drinking coffee Mini store at the front desk Supportive staff to help us carry our stuff up to the 3rd floor and then going down
