Receptionist was very nice and helpful. She gave us advices about places to visit and helped us a lot. Hotel is near to SAPA station and walkable distance to market and SAPA square

I like that the hotel is near the souvenir shops and the breakfast was delicious, also the staff are very accommodating.

Hotel members are kind even if they don’t speak well English. Breakfast is fine. Bed room was big. Good location not noisy and very neat by.

The lady at reception is the one which makes this hotel so good, she has answers to everything, has solution to any problem which guest may face, speaks very well and polite, will stay there again whenever I come back
