We had a truly amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was smooth and well-organized from the trekking trip and the Fansipan tour we booked through them, to the relaxing massage at a great price. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a beautiful room with a view. And when we were checking out, they let us keep the room until 7 PM, even though we hadn’t asked—just because our bus was leaving late. The entire hotel was clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was really good. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to Ling, Mr. Kim and the rest of the team for a great stay!

The property is well situated, short walking distance from restaurants, tram to Fansipan, etc. The room was clean and comfortable to accommodate our family of 4. Room 401 has a nice balcony and beautiful view towards the lake and mountains. The staff was really nice and Mr Kim was really kind and helpful with booking transportation and guide and tickets. The breakfast was very good We really recommend!
