The fine print
This hotel strictly prohibits external food or drinks on the premises due to the presence of insects, local animals, and nature. The hotel does not accept credit cards due to the instability of phone and internet coverage in the area. For your safety the doors are locked from midnight to 6:30 AM, the property can neither receive incoming guests nor allow any guests to exit during this time (excluding emergencies).TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL FROM LANQUINOur people have your names, they are waiting at the Puma gas station where the shuttles stop and as soon as there are about 8 guests our car drives towards the hotel
We offer a free pick-up service from Lanquin (between 4pm until the last shuttle arrives) for guests who stay a minimum of 2 nights (Q35 per person for those who stay one night). This shuttle service operates only between 4pm until the last shuttle arrives (does not apply to private shuttles). The Greengo's truck will be waiting where you arrive — if you have a reservation and are coming on a tourist shuttle, you do not need to notify us of your arrival. If you are arriving by private shuttle or "colectivo" to Lanquin, please speak to us in advance. We do not reimburse for any transport that is not organized by us.The return trip to Lanquin is Q35 per person.

Amazing Amazing hostel. The stuff is so friendly, and the food is great! Only 10 minutes walk from semuc champey. Best hostel I’ve been to so far. Truly recommended.

I loved how luxurious the outside of the hostel felt with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi and loads of hammocks and greenery everywhere. The staff were friendly and funny and helped when we needed it. It was so close to Semuc champey and they provided transport to and from Lanquin on arrive and exit. They had so many animals!

- The location is truly a blessing. How convenient to just be able to walk to Semuc Champey without needing a tour. - Beautiful location, the pool and views are just insane. - Common areas are so complete and comfortable to stay in. Hammocks, many sofas... makes it easy to be social! - The staff was all very, very nice, everyone I talked to there was extremely pleasant. - The shuttle service to and from Lanquin is soooooo appreciated!!

The locations is absolutely perfect, you can walk from the hostel directly to the entrance of Semuc Champey. However, it’s a party hostel (which is absolutely ok as long as you know this before coming), the rooms could use some refresh, and there are so many products used in the pool that our swimming suits got green stains all over. Beautiful place but could be even better with some extra work…
