Very nice apartment. The sofa by the window was a brilliant surprise for my son :) The apartment seems quite new and is very well equipped with kitchen tools, etc. The main room with the dining table is excellent. The views of the mountains are very, very nice. Parking is available right in front of the building. There is also a laundry room and a dryer in the basement. For sure we will go back there again.

A very spacious and clean location, 1 minute from the ski bus stop, heated lockers for drying ski equipment. Owner attentive to the customer's needs!

Superb apartment, the panoramic glass wall makes all the difference. Extremely clean, very well organized with everything you need. Ski bus a few steps away. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at the Sima-Apartments "penthouse." The three-bedroom apartment is a large, modern, and new space with a generous dining area and a nice living room. It was also spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners, Simon and Markus, were incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment we booked. It was a pleasure to meet Markus in person, and his friendly advice made our trip to Oetztal even better. This apartment is a truly wonderful place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.
