We are a cashless venue. We do not accept cash payments throughout the Resort. Please pay by card or contactless device.Access to Imperia Spa facilities (including swimming pool) available to book from £25pp. Booking in advance required and subject to availability. [Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the spa facilities. Those aged 16 to 18 years of age may use the spa if accompanied by a responsible adult.]Access to gym includedCheck in: We will verify a debit/credit card against your bedroom. If you accommodation package amount has not been charged this payment will be taken on arrival. Dogs are welcome in our Classic Super-king bedrooms and Executive Super-king bedrooms. We allocate specific Dog friendly bedrooms for your furry companions so please ensure that the hotel is informed prior to arrival to ensure one of our allocated bedrooms are available.Dogs are welcome in our public areas and in our 19th Bar. We ask that dogs are not left unattended in the bedrooms for the duration of the guest's stay. Please be aware that there is a charge of £20.00 per dog per night.

We loved the room which had 2 double beds and balcony and great complimentary tea coffee biscuits, lovely decor, we had a gorgeous overnight. Hotel reception staff were also nice. Beautiful views and gardens. Bar staff were lovely and helpful when we had to order delivery for late dinner.
