They gave us their best room because we were the only guests for the night. The place is slightly hard to find, being among the rice field and the road is rough to get to on motorcycle.

It was advertised as private rooms but it’s basically a dorm. They have partition walls like in an office ( paper thin ) and they don’t even connect to the ceiling, so we were kept awake all night by the guy in the room next to us on the phone till 1:00am. Could hear every word he said, then in the morning someone working at the property was angle grinding/welding metal and all the fumes came straight into our room? Not a nice way to wake up. Other than that, comfy bed and clean bathroom, friendly staff too.

11/10 :) Best stay ever! Our room had a glass wall with an amazing view. It was spotless. Very comfy bed and one of the few nice bathrooms we encountered in Vietnam. The family is super nice, they prepared a delicious dinner for us and it was also a nice opportunity to chat with other guests. No big groups, which is a huge bonus :) The location is perfect - a 5 minute walk from the village, the only noise was from the frogs in the lake under the property :) We absolutely loved our stay!
