Just arrived back from our stay with my husband and young daughter - it was such a lovely stay. I read the reviews before arriving so knew to take food for breakfast etc as there is nothing open on site that early in the morning. The on site restaurant was just what we needed, staff were so lovely and so well situated next to the play park. We toasted marshmallows on the fire pit and watched a film in the tent next to the splash pad- perfect for a family get a way. You are close enough to either bike or hop in the car and drive to local walks around the new forest, although the park itself does have an entrance to the new forest - but only on foot not on bikes. The lodge itself was modern, clean and spacious - really impressed. Will be booking to return again next year.
