Superb location in the old town - 2 minutes walk from the sea.Apartment was super clean - great communicarion from the host with clear instructions given for getting in on arrival.Lots of restaurants close by - all reasonably priced and fantastic standard . Supermarket about 5 minutes stroll away , with fruit and veg market at bottom of street in a little square. Bus was at the top of the street with easy access to Barcelona and Girona Airports - also services to Figueres and resorts like Palafugell / Palamos.Lovely walk along the coast to St Marti - takes about 40 mins .Would not hesitate to go back to L'Escala or these apartments - thank you to Josep , it was great !

I was in the studio on the roof with a terrace at both sides, so a bright and cheerful place to stay with absolute privacy. Modern, comfortable and very clean. Great bed and bedding. I loved it up there with view on the roofs of l'Escala, perfect for yoga and meditation. It's a few steps away from the bus stand where busses leave for Girona and Barcelona and the seaside at the other side. From there lovely walks along small natural beaches. I was happy with my choice!
