The little touches. Beds with lovely fluffy bedding, a stocked fridge for breakfast. Fresh towels, toiletries. Everything we needed and no stress!!

Kerrie, the host, was very helpful, I didn't get to meet her but she messaged to check everything was ok. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all you needed, breakfast was supplied as in bread, eggs, milk, orange juice, butter, choice of cereals, there were bottles of beer and wine in the fridge which was a lovely touch and tea, coffee, hot chocolate were all there. There's a shop across the road that closes at 11pm which is handy for forgotten items. The lagoon and beach are literally behind the property and a 2 minute walk across a bridge to get to them.

Lovely spacious property, close to all local attractions on the main bus route with a lovely lagoon walk behind the property. Great facilities, the owners had thought of everything and lots of nice personal touches.

Kerrie provided a wonderful welcome pack, complete with breakfast food-a lot-, juice, beer and wine. She also provided a dog bed, treats, doggie bags and blankets for our spaniel. The location was superb, a stone’s throw from the beach. Super easy train connections to Brighton, Gatwick and London. Kerrie did a superb job with the decoration. The accommodation is cosy and very comfortable. There was also free parking right outside the front door. There is also a nice little courtyard outside the kitchen.
