Location in the middle of Lancefield is great; breakfast was good and overall a great experience.

The guest house is charming and I was welcomed very well . There is a kitchen for guests and a dining room where breakfast is available with great fresh coffee and enough options to make it work. The only downside was my bed was bearable but not very comfortable and the room was a little run down. This said the price was fair for the accommodation I was given. I was by the back exit door in a very small room. All said, due to the charm, the kitchen and the welcome I would stay again, but I would book a double, as I think I would have a larger room and perhaps a comfier sleep.

Lots of variety for breakfast. Nice fresh fruit, bread and youghurt. Many different spreads and cereals.
