In general, the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, responsive and incredibly kind. My mother and I had one difficult situation and the staff were very professional and kind. The rooms and beds were great, the bathrooms also; the balconies were small but still with sea views, even though they weren't advertised as having one. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the facilities were also good, including the restaurant. The location is great.

Location is great, rooms are comfortable, restaurant is good value with very attentive waitress and secure underground parking is a bonus

Super friendly and welcoming staff, didn't laugh (outwardly) at my Spanish - lovely room, bonus to have a bath tub. Nice indoor pool for a freezing January.
