Very clean, comfortable rooms with good air-con and WiFi. Great location in Lamai, being a two minute walk to the main town, and 5 minutes to the beach.

This hotel was amazing, the staff were super friendly. The room was really big and clean with two seats and a table. The bathroom is big and the shower is actually hot. The pool is amazing and super clean. It’s so close to everything. One of the best stays I’ve had in Thailand

Second time I have stayed at Hathia House. It offers really good value as a budget hotel, the room is cleaned and towels changed daily. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the main strip, so it’s convenient without the noise. It is important to me to be quiet at night. The beach is five minutes away.
