Please be informed that due to the unique architectural style of Banyan Tree Samui, the property is not recommended for families with children below 12 years of age. Parents or official guardians will be required to sign a waiver form allowing children to stay in the villas.Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo identification, such as a passport, and credit card upon check in. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.A compulsory gala dinner on 31 December for two adults per one bedroom is included in the room rate.Extra person charge for gala dinner on 31 December is THB 16,500 nett per adult and THB 8,250 nett per child, ages 4 to 12 years old.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The upmost main thing here is the staff, they make the experience wonderful. From lobby, to buggy drivers to restaurant staff. The villas are spacious, breakfast has a wide variety, food is good quality and the sand restaurant is fantastic. Clean and beautifully green, and exceptional staff such as Thin, Stamp, Jack, Chompu, Aom and lots more made the staff for our daughters amazing

Everything is well curated and considered. The staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. The villas are luxurious and large, and the personal infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean and sunrise - wow! The food is delicious and the bird life a wonderful surprise.
