As many of the reviews mention, the resort has great potential if it just had better upkeep and maintenance. The facilities are good and the rooms are large. I loved the location - on the quieter end of Lamai Beach Road but still close enough to the lively bars and restaurants that you don't feel isolated. The pool and beachfront location are what make it worth the stay - as well as the super kind and helpful staff. The staff are really great.

Great location! Beachfront hotel and not too busy. Great for the family. Excellent daily room clean service and fridge refill. Great buffet breakfast too with egg station. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

An older and charming hotel, well-located on the best part of Lamai Beach. Good pool and good breakfast. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. some great Thai restaurants close by. Definitely will book again.
