This property is a rural farm run by an older couple. They have a lovely library full of books for all ages, they provided a thoughtful, all locally sourced breakfast (e.g. there were a few families staying with children and breakfast included a homemade chocolate cake for all the kids) and our kids loved being able to see the sheep, kittens and run around safely with some of the other children staying.
