We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We did not meet the owner, but he was easily contactable and responded quickly to any queries. He was very accommodating, when at the last minute we had an additional person join our group. We made full use of the covered balcony which has a view of the Dordogne. It was a 5 minute walk to all essential facilities in Lalinde and a perfect base to explore the surrounding area by car..

The location was in a small town, a short walk from shops, cafes weekly market and services, in a quiet street beside the Dordogne river. There was much to see and do in the area for those with a car. The apartment is well designed and furnished with quality fittings and appliances. The three split system air conditioning units were very effective, which gave relief in living areas and both bedrooms during the hot June weather. The private furnished balcony room overlooking the river was a delightful spot to linger.

The location was very convenient to explore both the more touristy areas of Dordogne and the towns of Perigieux and Bergerac. Lalinde is a lovely little town where you'd find everything you need for your stay. The accommodation itself was spacious and comfortable.
