-Please note that guests who wish to use the free shuttle are required to make a reservation by 18:00 the day before arrival.- Please note that the hotel will undergo a scheduled power outage due to legal inspection of electrical equipment, and the whole building will be blacked out on the following dates/times: 10 October 2025 and 11 November 2025 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM.
Please note that the elevator will be unavailable from 9 October 2025, 11:30 PM to 10 October 2025, 6:15 AM / 10 November 2025, 11:30 PM to 11 November 2025, 6:00 AM. - Please note that the swimming pool “Crystal Blue Club” is closed for regular maintenance. The indoor swimming pool and athletic facilities will be closed on the following day due to regular maintenance: 1 April 2026 (Wednesday), closed all day.

The VIEW was UNBELIEVABLE! You have to see it to believe it. Lake Toya on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other side! ONE OF A KIND hotel.

It's a nice property with beautiful lounge room. The room size is spacious and relatively modern. I love the internal shopping facilities. Very convenient.

It's an amazing hotel sited on top of a hill overlooking on one side Lake Toya and on the, a bay being part of Sea of Japan and one has a 360° view of the entire valley lake and mountains including of Mt Yotei in the distance. Its also a beautiful n lavishly appointed hotel and one of its many claims to fame is being the site of a G8 Summit hotel in 2008. It has many lovely restaurants, a great onsen plus a nice golf course to boot. Locals regard this hotel as Hokkaido's most prestigious hotel, and one can fully understand once you stay there. The staff are so professional and courteous fm the doorman to everyone you come into contact as they all seem so conscious they have a very high reputation to maintain as The Top hotel in the region. A Must Return to hotel.

Delicious food, beautiful flower arrangements and great facilities especially the onsen. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We were delighted to spot baby fox at breakfast.
