The fine print
The holiday park is currently under going some redevelopment - we are creating some great new spaces, a new playground area and making access around the holiday park a whole lot easier. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience or disturbance this may cause during your stay.There is also construction going on outside the boundaries of the holiday park in preparation for the new subdivision of Station Bay. "This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location is great – just a short walk to the lake, and super peaceful in the mornings with barely anyone around. The views are absolutely stunning! The cabin itself is nice, though a bit small for our family of four (two adults + two kids). We were given two bunk beds and a double bed, which worked okay. The cabin had basic dishes/utensils, so we could cook simple meals. Sleep quality was good – it’s a standalone unit, so no noise issues at night.

Very basic, but did us for one night. We chose it because it was close to the Tekapo Springs.

Location was excellent. I was supposed to get a good sleep as I was the only driver for whole of this trip (North to South). But suddenly after 2:00AM the Main Switch board starts making cracking sounds but no burning smell. And again happened in the morning around 6:30AM. So, I was a compromise with the comfort/sleep. Reported to Staff about this incident at the reception during the check out.
