All the staff is friendly and very helpful, rooms are spacious and comfortable, really nice pool, gym and spa area, a real treat, breakfast is really good with hot and cold options. Location is really nice with beautiful views to the lake from the conservatory, there is many walks around the area and is really close to Windermere and Ambleside. We are coming back soon!

Location next to Lake Windermere with beautiful views over the lake. Very clean & comfortable hotel and the fine dining in the evening was excellent with lots of choice.. and so was breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Huge family suite with separate room for the kids. Great location on the waterfront. Spa & pool amazing- the kids loved it! Giant chess & the games room a hit too!

Beautiful property, and very well maintained. The staff (especially the cleaning staff) were very good and thorough. The pool was brilliant, the food for both breakfast and dinner did not disappoint. Lots of room around the grounds to explore and some lovely spots to relax and enjoy the stunning views.
