The location is perfect, although I do not recommend bringing small children, as the environment is not safe for them and then you cannot feel relaxed.

The cabin was next to the outlet river and an additional pond on the property. I was able to enjoy the river and the numerous birds that came to feed, and watch (through the trees along the river, the various boats traveling toward Lake Panasoffkee. In the month that I stayed there, only a couple of boats were very loud. Most were slow and quiet. The cabin itself is small - one bedroom with a queen size bed, plus two bunks in a nook across from the kitchen area, and a foldout futon in the front room. I liked the screened-in porch where I could sit and watch the birds and the boats. It was quiet and private. It is a family-run place, and they are very helpful and pleasant.

Great location next to the river and boat ramps. Smoker grill with wood out back. Picnic area and a fire pit. Bring your jetski.

Lovely and quiet place in the nature. Perfect to relax a few days and visit nearby springs. The room was clean and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. We even cooked breakfast. There is also a place for having barbecue outside.
