In only one of the 2 saunas (Family Sauna) you can wear swimsuits.The Family Sauna and the City Event Sauna (no swimsuits allowed) are open from 14:30 until 21:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. A repeat stay, so we already knew to expect an exceptional service and quality of stay. The really good addition for this trip, personally, was the all-hours access to the pool. Coming out to Bolzano for work, it's long hours and extremely hard to accomodate any amount of down time at the end of a day, being able to swim later on (21:30 onwards) made a big difference and added additional value to my stay

I had a fantastic stay at Ideal Park Hotel in Bolzano. The property exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire hotel was spotless and maintained to a high standard. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. I was especially impressed by the modern and comfortable rooms, which made the stay even more relaxing. The highlight for me was the swimming and spa facilities – beautifully designed and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic hotel. I've stayed 3 or 4 times now and this hotel never disappoints. Everything is great, from the location, to the staff, the rooms, the pools, the breakfast, etc, etc!!

Comfortable, smart with an exceptional breakfast buffet! The sports facilities and pool are excellent and extremely atmospheric
