Guest staff and hotel service was beyond the expectation Mr Rizwan and Ms Huma and Asfand help us while checking out and resolve our concerns and issue on the spot Room was super clean and Food taste was best as related to all other 5* properties Front desk team at check in was also very professional. Definitely will visit with Family whenever we visit Pakistan Mall is connected with hotel which is considered as an extra privilege to stay here.
