We enjoyed the size of rooms which are all good and the staff was exceptional . All the people working there from reception to restaurant staff to cleaning all were very good. We have stayed there many times and are always good value for money.

Everything was good. I would like to mention the staff was friendly and service was quite like the defence raya club. The food was hygienic and well presented. Tea was amazing. Also, the lobby is artistic.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It offers excellent value for money, and everything was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The food was also amazing and truly exceeded my expectations. Although I did face a minor issue during my stay, Ms. Nosheen Bilgarmi , the Guest Relations Manager, handled it promptly and professionally. She resolved the matter immediately, and her kind and proactive approach was truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
