Having arrived after 16 years to Pakistan safety was our No 1 priority. We felt safe and comfortable here. It was very clean, the decoration for Valentine’s Day was lovely and Ramzan was also lovely. Thank you to all the staff after a few glitches for helping out, Reception staff Abu Huraira for helping with booking taxis service and general guidance, Cleaning Staff Mrs Rashida and Waqar Ahmed, Catering staff Farhan and Mobeen

We stayed here for a short business meeting in Lahore, and the overall environment was very friendly and cooperative. The staff was polite, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. The place was calm and suitable for meetings and discussions. Location was convenient, and the atmosphere felt safe and professional. It was a comfortable stay for a one-night business visit.
