We were left stranded in Lahad Datu following a flight cancellation so booked the room without any research to avoid being left with no room for the night. The room was clean but tired looking and suffered from outside noise from the busy town streets - the staff were good and the hotel met our expectations for what we needed in an emergency situation.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless, demonstrating incredible understanding and attentiveness. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but they thoughtfully adjusted the room to suit our needs. The room itself was spotless, tastefully renovated, and the corridors carried a delightful, welcoming fragrance. The hotel's location was another highlight, with vibrant local food stalls just steps away, offering a wide variety of dinner options. The on-site coffee house was a real treat, serving rich and authentic Sabahan coffee. Their "buy one, get one free" cake promotion added an extra touch of indulgence, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing evening. The gated car park provided peace of mind, ensuring safety throughout the night. Breakfast was another standout feature—a delicious spread priced at just RM15, offering fantastic value for money. Overall, my experience was exceptional, combining comfort, convenience, and affordability in one memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway.

A nice hotel, very quiet and nearly from the comercial center of the city. It is not expensive for foreigners and tourist. High variation of breakfast to choose.
