The staff and owner were very polite, helpful, and smiling. The lady cleaned the area daily. The rooms were clean. The common area was perfect for sitting comfortably, preparing meals, and hanging out by the pool. The pool was clean, equipped with loungers, umbrellas, and a net to catch leaves that had fallen in the wind. There was access to a washing machine and clotheslines. The location was very good, within walking distance of several beaches and a 24/7 shop. We loved it and recommend this peaceful place.

As good as it gets. Not too many other guests, means you get the pool to yourself even though its big enough to have multiple people in it. Everything you need is within a 10 minute walk whether that's the beach or grocery store. City centre is 20 minute walk and there's great atmosphere on the way there (especially at night). Response rate from owners is really fast. Easy entry and exit all the time. Rooms are decent size, mine had a bed sofa which was convenient. Don't know what else you could ask for. Lagos itself is great. If your into activities, there's jetskis and watersports 15 minute uber ride away and the boats etc are a 20 minute walk (near city centre).
