The property was exactly as pictured on Booking.com, in fact, it looks bigger and more spacious in person. Everything was clean and spotless. I had email/Whatsapp contact with Adrian and Mieke and both were very lovely. The apartment has everything you could need and more; washing maching, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, most utensils and appliances in the kitchen, nespresso machine (coffee pods available too but bring your preferred ones), large smart TV (meaning you can log into your own streaming services). The outside area was large, spacious and full of sunshine all day - we used it as a wonderful spot for breakfast, and for our aperitifs after coming back from the beach and before heading out to dinner. You can exit to the terrace from both bedroom and livign room. The bedroom is of a good size, very good waredrobe space and highly comfortable bed. The whole apartment has air-con, however, although it was around 25 degrees outside, the whole of the apartment was very cool - we did not need to use it at all which was great. The location was perfect - a very quick walk to the main beaches: Praia Dona Ana and Praia do Camilo, and the whole of the Ponta da Piedade area. We rented a car (recommended) and it was a 6/7 minute drive to the Old Town. In Lagos, all parking seems to be free which is wonderful. There is a supermarket also 5/6 minutes from the property, which is very equipped. Honestly, I don't think I could hype this place up any more - we will definitely be recommending and be back.

The host was super nice and helpful. The apartment was just perfect. Very clean, modern, lots of space, fully equipped, amazing view and huge balcony.
